Leveraging content is crucial for personal branding, especially for new agents or those who don't yet have many digital assets.
One effective approach is to utilize company resources.

For example, if you're planning to use content from a company convention to capture attention on your social media, follow these steps to make your posts more engaging:

1. Use an app like InShot to review the video and capture a character, figure, or authoritative person. Use this image as the thumbnail for your video.

2. Post on a social media platform like Facebook. After logging in on a desktop, use the "Edit Post" function to change the thumbnail. Select a thumbnail that will grab attention, as the first three seconds are critical on social media.

3. Craft compelling copy to keep your audience engaged. Consider who your target audience is, and write as if you're speaking directly to them.

You can apply the same concept to your personal sales efforts, such as creating short videos or home tours. See the example es below for reference.

For team manager / leader,

Whenever you run the training, make an effort to promote it and inform the market about what you’re going to do.

This is especially beneficial for those involved in team building, as they may be consistently looking for groups to offer ongoing development.

For individual salespeople, use the opportunity to discuss what you have learned and how it can benefit your clients. Keep others informed about your daily activities and what is relevant to them when working with you.

For example, in my upcoming training, I will discuss a very important topic: how to secure exclusivity when serving a buyer.

Some may see this as just training, but securing an exclusive deal can offer more benefits than many realize. Take a look at what I’ve written.

Dear BSA Fighters:

*How to get an exclusive to buy and the next training will be on 16 Aug, Friday*

As promised, How to secure exclusive to buy!

Once you’ve secured an exclusive buying agreement from your client, you realize it’s easier for you to access more houses without needing to compete with other agents for commissions from the selling agent.

This often leads to conflicts of interest, especially under recent policies that encourage agents to collect commissions from their respective clients.

So, how do you secure a buyer's exclusive agreement?

Is it true that purchasing directly from the seller's agent gets more savings?

What are the benefits of engaging an agent to help you buy property?

Lastly, do you know many DIY buyers often end up paying more and missing out on their desired property due to their lack of experience in dealing with veterans in our industry?

Join us in the company training and we will give your to deck to use immediately to get to get your exclusive.

Date , Time and Venue are in the form attached below.

This fan page is created to help both new and experienced Real Estate Salespeople build their Personal Branding in Real Estate.

In our business, we don't sell a product; as salespeople, we are the product. Therefore, it is crucial to professionally position our unique selling points in the market.

In the past, branding was often seen as something achieved only by those who close many deals or make a lot of money. However, I believe it goes beyond that.

This page is also about building a community of people interested in exploring personal branding within the real estate segment.
