Looking back at the balloting event held for The Reserve Residences last Saturday, I wanted to share a photo featuring myself and my clients, Mr. and Mrs. Wong. They were thrilled to receive a favorable queue number, which allowed them to secure their desired unit.

The process was quite meticulous as we had to conduct thorough research before submitting the necessary paperwork and cheque for this highly anticipated project. I am grateful that Mr. and Mrs. Wong collaborated closely with me, ensuring all the preliminary checks were completed, resulting in a smooth and successful transaction.

With this new cooling measures that was introduced late last night, how will it impact you and your property?
Coincidentally, I was just advising an old client of mine yesterday afternoon about the property market getting too hot with too many million dollars HDBs being transacted which his unit happen to be one of them and will the government impose any measures soon?
Well, it’s for the best interests of the majority in the event if any new measures were to be implemented, in order for a healthy growth and sustainability in the long run! What is your take?

Throwback to last weekend, hectic day at Lentor Modern balloting! Thanks to the PropNex Tagger Gan Ching Ching in helping 2 of my clients in securing 2 units at Lentor Modern!
Really thankful that both of my past clients called me to help them to purchase this BUC project for their future investment!

A couple of years back, the usual practice of agents accompanying their clients on the day of completion was not possible due to the covid-19 measures in place. HDB only allowed the sellers and buyers of the transaction to enter on the day of completion. Today I am here with my clients Mr. Arshad & Mdm Fatimah for the completion of their purchase.
Thankfully HDB has lifted this restriction and now allows a maximum of 4 pax from each party to attend. Once again it feels really good to be able to re-connect with my clients and back to the norm again!😊👏

Throwback to last week, I am able to finally reconnect with this family due to Covid for 2 years. Finally managed to bring my clients Mr Mulyadi and Mdm Rafidah for a sumptuous lunch. I wanna thank them for using our service again and also recommended her parents Mr Rahim and Mdm Roskiatee who in turn also recommended his sister to me to help sell their property! It is my utmost importance to do a good and honest service to my clients hence clients will refer me to their fellow friends and family.
