A new breath of life is coming our way into the Central Business District and nearby estates. With boutique gyms and cafes nearby, property as home in CBD areas will become really viable especially those working there as well. You can literally live and breathe the city.

Walking from Yio Chu Kang MRT station, I credited my lucky stars and the sheltered walkways as I remain unscathed from the noon sun. Took me no longer than 3-5 minutes to get to the void deck.

HDB flat prices are usually less volatile as compared to private properties. If you’re looking for lifetime place to call "home", getting a HDB will allow you to live in your home without counting down at the back of your mind.

The rate of price decline for older HDB flats was 3.0 percent, compared to older freehold and leasehold private units which depreciated by over 10 and 30 percent respectively...
