π Hudson Place Residences at one-north is one of those launches where the right answer depends entirely on who you are.
If you're a yield-focused investor, the location does the work for you. one-north's tenant pool is deep. Mediapolis, Biopolis, Fusionopolis, NUH. The land was bought before the precinct re-priced, so the entry psf still has room.
If you're a family looking for a lifestyle home, this one's harder to defend. MRT is a 5 to 10-minute walk. Weekend retail is still building. The precinct rewards work-adjacency, not weekend living.
Same project, two very different conclusions.
