4 upcoming projects in District 15! It may seem like an oversupply of non-landed private homes in the district 15 area which comprises of Tanjong Rhu, Meyer Road, Amber Road, Katong, Marine Parade, Joo Chiat, East Coast.

In my next post, I will be sharing on why District 15 is so highly sought after by both expats as well as Singaporeans.

Never before in history!

6 new projects launching in a single weekend - Chuan Park, Emerald of Katong, Nava Grove, Novo Place EC, The Collective at One Sophia, Union Square Residences.

The recent launch of Norwood Grand saw one of the highest take-up rates for new projects this year at 84% of its units sold on launch day even though it is located in the northern side of the island.

It would not be surprising to witness mass market condominium projects like Chuan Park and Emerald of Katong performing well which could indicate a sign that the market has accepted the new benchmark of home prices.
