Yes, I did it! Definitely very thrilled to know that I will be receiving this Diamond Award in my career. Not the usual diamonds that ladies shop for, but rather diamonds built from little sleep, late nights and late meals.

I have always been in awe of others whom received such an award. Watching them getting it just inspires and motivates me to work harder towards it. Finally, the time has come and today, I achieved my very first diamond and my biggest milestone. 🎉💎

I couldnt have done it without the huge support of my clients. Extremely grateful and thankful to them for entrusting me unreservedly in managing their real estate portfolios. Super appreciative of my clients who took actions upon my advice and guidance backed by facts and figures. 🙏🙏

Onwards as I go, though this is my 1st Diamond, but wont be the last. To many more diamonds ahead!! 💎💎 Work hard, stay true, stay real!

Sep had been an exciting month. It is nothing short of running an obstacle course. Had to burn through many obstacles to connect the dots to make everything work. Thankfully, things went ahead smoothly. Stakes are high, stress is high but definitely worth every ounce of effort.

After 2 months of house hunting, I managed to secure a beautiful house where my client can finally call it HOME! It fulfils all the checklists that we are looking for and best of all, this is an 🆄🅽🅳🅴🆁🆅🅰🅻🆄🅴🅳 🅶🅴🅼 which is bought at a very good deal.

Within the cluster, there have been units transacted at:

I have gotten them the sweetest deal ever, securing the 4rm HDB unit at #18 $55X,###. A triumphant closure!

However, it wasn’t all that sweet throughout. They almost went into an emotional closing for a unit at #06 $600,000. I had to rescue them out, advising them on the facts/numbers and realign their focus on the merits instead. On top of that, their budget was limited, squeezed by the market situation where many houses are selling at high prices, some with COV.

We are close to an almost straight 2 years price hike!
It’s not just the resale market, even the new launch market also has jumped in this window period. Literally, the entire property market is lifted up!

Rates hikes are imminent as Singapore is very much exposed to the outside world. It is vital to maintain regular property portfolio health check. As much as we want to see our asset growth, we also need to keep our ownership cost low.

In spite of the new cooling measures, the HDB resale market remains resilient. HDB resale prices climb for the 19th straight month with healthy demand for HDB resale flats.

27 resale flats exchanged hands for at least $1 million in January 2022. By far, the highest transaction clocked at nearly $1.34 million for a 5rm DBSS in Natura Loft (Bishan).
