INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELLERS
Please write to us at [email protected] to obtain a link to a personalized google form where you can list the goods you wish to sell. We will use the information on this form to prepare price tags and an inventory of all items to be sold. Please note that your name will not appear on the price tag and will be kept confidential at the sale.
Here is some more information that you will need to know.
GOOGLE FORM: Please ensure that all fields in the google form are filled out including price. If you have more than six items, you may add extra lines to the form by clicking on "INSERT" at the top of the menu bar and then scrolling down to "ROW BELOW." Donor name is for inventory and payment purposes only; your name will not be released to the buyers on sale day. After the form is completed, remember to print out a copy and sign the disclaimer at the bottom.
PREPARING ITEMS FOR SALE: Place each item in a separate clear re-sealable bag (except skates which should be tied together). Include in each bag a piece of paper with donor name, item number (as listed in your personalized inventory list), and selling price.
MANDATORY DONATION: There is no service charge for selling items, but all sellers are required to donate a minimum of 20% of the total sales proceeds to SISA. We will deduct this donation from your final reimbursement cheque.
DROP-OFF PROCEDURES: You will need to hand in a signed copy of your inventory list when you drop off the items to one of our volunteers. Do not forget to bring this form with you as our volunteers will not be allowed to accept delivery of your goods without it!!
Drop-offs at The Rink @ J-Cube may be scheduled during the times listed below. If you would like one of our volunteers to meet you at any of the times below, please let us know by email.
31 Jan (Sat) from 9-10AM (Wan Yee)
1 Feb (Sun) from 9-10AM (Liz)
3 Feb (Tue) from 8:30-9:30PM (Wan Yee)
4 Feb (Wed) from 5-6PM (Liz)
If you cannot make any of these times, you can call one of our volunteers to arrange to a time to drop off your items at their home at a mutually convenient time.

SALE DAY: You do not need to be present on the day of the sale. We will reimburse you for all sales items, less donation amount, by cheque mailed to your home address by the end of the month. For all unsold items, sellers must arrange their own pickup from the homes of the volunteers listed above (we will also try to make ourselves available at J-Cube if that works). All items which have not been collected by March 15 will be considered donated to SISA.
