People think being a real estate agent is all about showing and taking nice house photos. Here's what my day actually looked like… 🏡

Started the day viewing several homes with clients, exploring different options and helping them find the right fit for their family's next chapter.

In between appointments, I was negotiating another deal for a buyer's unit in Pasir Ris. We managed to clinch the deal after a whole day of negotiating back and forth. Every negotiation matters because getting the right price & terms can make a significant difference for our clients.

To wrap up the day, I had a consultation with a keen buyer whose HFE application wasn't exactly straightforward. Alhamdulillah, we managed to work through the numbers, navigate the challenges, and assist them step by step through the process.

Behind every transaction are countless conversations, financial calculations, negotiations, and problem-solving. It's not just about taking nice house pictures — it's about helping families make some of the biggest decisions of their lives.
