Not just a flat sale. A responsibility fulfilled. 🫶
Today, we completed the sale of Auntie Lim’s late brother’s flat.
But this was never just another property transaction.
As the executor, Auntie had to navigate several steps and requirements before getting approval to sell the flat. It was a process that required patience, understanding and, most importantly, someone to walk alongside her.
The flat itself wasn’t in its best condition. It had previously been used for rental, and there was quite a bit of work to be done.
But we made it happen.
Coordinated the operations to get the flat made good and presentable for sale, bringing together the right people to get everything in place.
And at the end of the day, seeing everything come together and finally reaching completion made the entire journey worthwhile.
For me, this wasn’t just about selling a flat.
It was about helping a family fulfil a responsibility left behind by a loved one.
And that makes this completion especially meaningful. ❤️
