As all these are deals are done before cooling measures, will we see the decline of the prices once the cooling measures take effect?

My take for this is - with the spirit of what the govt is trying to achieve with the latest measure is to really cool down the HDB market and make it sustainable for most Singaporean. Thus, the price will see a drop and serious seller should start to decide on their pricing if they want to cash out on their HDB if they do have intention to sell. Because we are at the highest point now and if price start to slide down, will we ever see it peak again?
