Five anchor tenants include NTUC FairPrice, PCF Sparkletots Preschool, Amore Fitness & Boutique Spa, Kopitiam and Best Denki. The mall along Petir Road in Bukit Panjang is slated to open in the 1Q2017. It is also part of the Bukit Panjang's upcoming integrated transport hub.

According to LTA, more people of shifted from driving to taking the line after the opening of DownTown Line 2(DTL2). Data showed that the bulk of the commuters riding DTL2 in the morning peak periods towards the city are from Bukit Panjang, with fewer numbers getting on at stations along Bukit Timah corridor.

To be exact, travel from Bukit Panjang, 7 stops to Botanic Garden(15mins), 9 stops to Newton(20mins), 12 stops to Bugis (28mins) and approximately 30 mins to reach CBD. Cut down travelling time by 30%.
