A brief intro of Kris:
Kris Chan entered the real estate industry in 2011. That wasn't the first time she made decision to come into this field. At 17 years of age, she studied Building and Real Estate Management with the belief that land is scarce and property value can only appreciate. However she did not come into the industry as she had a strong love for building business. At age 19 she opene
d her first shop which soon incorporated into a private limited company at age 21. Ambitiously, she spent her youth pursuing business after business, mainly mobile phone retail and F&B, driven by her love for people and business. She was always drawn by the challenge retail has in store for her daily and that kept her at retailing for over a decade. Meanwhile, her penchant for properties continued to grow, her heart was never far from this trade. In 2006 she took up CEHA course, then again did not step in full time but plunged into selling something she knew nothing of - Apple. In 2008 she started her 5th company from scratch all over again and spent 5 years learning the renown reseller trade under the reign of Steve Jobs. It was possible to to learn anything and be of excellence. After over a decade of serving at the retail front, she finally felt compelled to live her true dream when she became a mum- to live a life of time and financial freedom. There is no doubt Kris is an achiever, she was determined to make her mark in whatever that she does and within a short span of 2 years, she climbed up the ladder of champions in Propnex. Within 1 year, she received TOP 500 agent award for 2013 and at the last 2014 convention this year, she moved to TOP 150 agents. She also received more than a handful of awards in Powerful Negotiators team within the last one year, like Top 30 Producers. As to date, she is now securing her position as the TOP 1% of the entire force which is now the biggest agency in Singapore with over 9000 agents and counting. She credit her success to the culture of her team "Powerful Negotiators- Number #1 Team in Propnex" and the leaders who supported her in her career. "We are one big loving family" is how she describes her experience. "Here in I see that successful leaders give back to grow this team together and i want to play a part by showing others the way how anyone can achieve success and live the life they have always dreamt of". With this, she now embarks into another chapter of her career dedicating her passion in people by committing to the role of mentoring. She is now currently growing and grooming her own family tree under Powerful Negotiators in Propnex. Accompanied by her active volunteering in the Grassroots and philanthropy in various VWOs like Red Cross, she hopes to contribute to her country and the betterment of her fellowmen.
