Our client’s house is actually not far from the MRT BUT it’s NOT that near either!

So instead of leaving things to chance, We walk the ground ourselves - STEP BY STEP

We time it, feel it so that we understand what the buyer will experience daily

Because we have a real walk for the buyers it changed their perception that it’s very far from the MRT 🚇

When buyers have certainties, doubts cleared. They hesitate less. They pay better price

We knew the MRT distance will be a common objections so we need to find a way.

That’s how this house was sold $45,000 above asking price at 1st viewing!

Before the seller switched to us, her previous agents couldn’t sell for over 5 months as there were no offers & very few viewings

Before us, they already met up with lower commission rates agents thinking it’s the same anyway to handle their HDB upgrading
