My client has been waiting for the launch of Vela Bay since the day the land was bidded — and yesterday, we finally secured a unit for her daughter.

This wasn’t just about buying a home.
We carefully went through our framework and applied our 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 — ensuring this is not just a purchase, but a well-positioned asset with a clear exit strategy.
