A tenant contacted me this morning regarding a leaking aircon unit.
Water marks had already started appearing on the ceiling and naturally the tenant was concerned.
After receiving the photos, I coordinated with the aircon service provider and secured an appointment for inspection and servicing. The appointment was subsequently confirmed and the tenant was updated.
Many people think the role of a property agent ends once the keys are handed over.
In reality, property management often involves handling unexpected issues, coordinating repairs, communicating with all parties and ensuring matters are resolved smoothly.
A successful tenancy isn’t measured by the absence of problems.
It’s measured by how efficiently problems are handled when they arise.
