Another Hdb completion day with my single buyer!๐Ÿฅฐ
Best part? My buyer didnt see the unit physically. Together with her bestie, we went to view on her behalf, and did a video call. Managed to snag the unit $10k below recent transactions.

The HDB market is stable right now.. but will soon see some changes, since the latest 15th Month wait out has been lifted for private home sellers.

His dad is a seasoned property investor, they were weighing 2 options, resale hdb vs private.. we sat down, discussed, and break down the numbers.. i asked, whats your end goal? after 2 rounds of house hunting..
