The commencement of Circuit Breaker 2 weeks ago has impacted many. 😷😷😷

With the announcement on Tuesday on tighter measures to the Circuit Breaker period and extension by another 4 weeks til 1 June 2020, it has turned the already fearful and panicky marketplace for some into trying time for most businesses.

WFH and Zoom-Meetings are the new norm. 💻💻

Working parents have to juggle between WFH and HBL with their children. I hope everyone is adapting and coping well.

At this moment, the world may seem to have come to a standstill. 🌏

Instead of lamenting and wallowing, we could try to apply practical strategies and make the best out of this lock down to work to our advantage.

It is a tough time for all as Covid-19 impacts everybody one way or another.

As Real As It Gets - 🆘😨😣

After the government announced that Singapore will shut its borders on 23 Mar 2020 2359 hrs, the tenant agent got in touch with me immediately that her Japanese client is unable to enter Singapore in time to take over the rental unit. ‼️‼️

When an unforeseen situation like this happens, which in this case, is unprecedented, we agents play an important role in liaison and communication between the tenant and the landlord.

This is where I have to step in to service and ensure a smooth transaction and make it as hassle free as far as possible for my clients.

Only when I care for my clients then will they take care of me. 😁😁😁

We hope the Covid-19 pandemic is able to stabilize soonest and normal routine can be resumed in due course. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
