Interestingly, although all 3 came from different backgrounds, their concerns were surprisingly similar.

๐Ÿ›๏ธ One-bedroom condos have quietly become every agent's nightmare this year.Low response.
Fewer viewings. Slow offers. The older one-bedders especially.

Honestly, it's because buyer psychology has shifted. Today's buyers want flexibility, room for family planning, and a real work-from-home corner. A tiny one-bedder suddenly feels restrictive against all of that. And when newer condos nearby launch at similar quantum, those older one-bedders become even harder to move.

But here's what I think most sellers still miss.A one-bedder was never a family product. It's an investor product. So the moment we try to sell it like a family home, the story collapses and the listing dies on the wall.

What actually moves a one-bedder is a completely different conversation. Yield. Affordability. Entry quantum. Tenant demand in the area. Future MRT growth around it. That's the language the right buyer is listening for.

Wrong positioning kills the listing. Every time.
