Another fruitful day of handover.

6 months ago they contacted me for a meet up and narrow down on the possibilities. I manage to give some variable options. Today they sell with an attractive price and able to fully paid their property. With the extension of stay permits them to carry out their renovation works.

Successful upgrader from 4rm to an EA unit without COV 😍

It wouldn't be any better to serve this humble couples. When I first met Bob & Farah we instantly got along pretty well. Both have a common terms & alhamdullilah manage to secure their dream home with zero COV. Today mark their completion & key collection date. "WOW" got 2 houses for at least 3 mths due to extension of stay while waiting for their renovation completed. Thanks for the faith and trust in me.
