A higher income ceiling doesnโt just mean you can earn more.
It could mean more options when choosing a home. ๐
From 24 August 2026, the income ceilings have increased:
โข Singles (35 & above): $7K โ $8K
โข Families: $14K โ $16K
โข Executive Condominiums (EC): $16K โ $18K
And when your income ceiling changes, your potential borrowing capacity can change too.
But hereโs the part I think is more important:
Having the ability to borrow more doesnโt mean you should spend more.
Itโs about understanding how the changes affect your affordability, the type of home you can consider, and what makes sense for your longer-term plans.

If youโre wondering โWith my income, what can I realistically afford?โ thatโs a conversation worth having before you start house hunting.
Letโs start the journey together. ๐ค
