Do you know there is a 7-Eleven at The Alps Residences?

Convenient and accessibility is one of the key things Tampines West resident can look forward to living in the area.

From our launch in Oct 2016, this beautiful development has appreciated a generous 22.77% in just 4 years.

This calculates to 5.6925% (5 significant figures) per annum. Awesome, right?

We do note that the price appears to have taken a sharp dip of 23.41% in Apr 2020. However, there is a very solid “V” shaped rebound, so all is well...

Feng Shui - Tampines Area

Children and Feng Shui

Kids must be given the space to grow up and enjoy their age.

When assessing the Feng Shui of homes with children (toddlers to 12-year-olds), consideration goes to their learning abilities, discipline, personal development and character building.

How does Feng Shui help on this ?

We customise spaces and design the human flow of occupants in the house such that certain habits can be cultivated. Over time, a good culture will take shape.

It’s not all about finding the ‘Intelligence spot’ and anchor children into such spaces.

With good designation is spaces, children enjoy their growth and see the home as a learning lab, not a punishment cell.

Do you agree ?

The Alps Residences is already being serviced by SBS Bus Service no 58.

From Pasir Ris Interchange to Bishan Interchange, isn't this convenient.
