But have you actually walked it yourself?

Jangan kena “3-minute property math”
Start your timer, walk from the actual entrance, and see how long it really takes.

Because sometimes…

3 mins on the listing = 8 mins in real life.

Be honest , have you ever seen a property advertised as “X mins to MRT” but when you walk there… jauh gila?

But never mind… at least AI give us content. Everybody happy, algorithm also happy. 😂
