What’s in a workplace today? You might be surprised.

In our recent feature in Lianhe Zaobao 联合早报 on how office spaces are changing, we look at how workplaces are creating more opportunities for people to connect, recharge and pursue shared interests.

Through a mix of wellness, recreational and community-focused initiatives, such as pickleball, futsal, crocheting club, and community gardening, we continue to create vibrant workplace environments where tenants can connect, collaborate and thrive.

One of our tenants, Carl Sahetapy from ECCO, shared how pickleball at 51 Cuppage Road gives him and his colleagues an opportunity to bond. Weekly sessions conducted by trainers from Decathlon Singapore at The Centrepoint, our mall along Orchard Road, are another example of how partnerships can help bring these spaces to life.

𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝘀 💙

We believe our properties are spaces where the community meets, lives, and engage. That’s why we’re building a more supportive and caring environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

Besides building accessible infrastructure, we also run inclusive events such as our annual Frasers Tower Vertical Challenge. The latest edition saw over 550 participants, including 60 persons with disabilities, conquering the 39-storey office building for a good cause. Among this year’s participants were Team Singapore Paralympian, Steve Tee Wee Leong, SG Enable iChamp, Tan Whee Boon and four-time senior participant, Steven Chek, who shared their experiences with us. 💪

The event marked the end of our month-long community event, Every Step Forward, where members of our community walked, ran and cycled to raise funds for SG Enable and Home Nursing Foundation via Community Chest Singapore.
Whether through community events, initiatives like our Inclusion Champions programme or the thoughtful design of our properties, we want to create spaces where everyone feels welcomed and a sense of belonging. ✨

Every drop counts, and every action makes a difference 🌊

Northpoint City, Singapore has won the Water Efficiency Award organised by PUB, Singapore's National Water Agency for the second time. This biennial award recognises the top 10th percentile of water-efficient performers in their respective sectors.

Dennis Cheong, General Manager of Northpoint City, received the award from Senior Parliamentary Secretary Goh Hanyan during this year’s Singapore Watermark Awards.

Some of the mall’s water conservation efforts include:

💧 Installing water-efficient fittings with the highest Water Efficiency Labelling Scheme (WELS) rating across common areas.

💧 Real-time water usage monitoring and analytics across toilet facilities to promptly detect leaks.

💧 Using NEWater for toilet flushing to reduce reliance on potable water.

💧 Landscaping using tropical and drought-tolerant plants to reduce irrigation needs.

💧 Raising awareness of water conservation among shoppers through engagement activities such as Singapore World Water Day.

Congratulations to the Northpoint City team for championing water conservation. Let’s keep making every drop count! 🌍

✨ A landmark riverfront destination is coming to the Singapore River.

Together with Mitsubishi Estate, we have formed a joint venture to redevelop Valley Point and Fraser Suites Singapore into a landmark 999-year mixed-use riverfront destination in prime District 10. The development is expected to comprise approximately 407 luxury residences and sky villas, a flagship 184-unit Fraser Suites serviced residence, as well as curated dining, retail and lifestyle offerings.

For nearly 150 years, this site has been part of the River Valley story. Building on its rich heritage, we're creating a vibrant riverfront destination designed for the future, with enhanced connectivity, attractive public spaces and experiences for both residents and visitors.

Targeted for launch in 2027 and completion in 2031, the project will introduce a vibrant new riverfront promenade and contribute to the continued transformation of the Singapore River precinct as a live-work-play destination.

Ms Soon Su Lin, Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Singapore, said, “The redevelopment of Valley Point and Fraser Suites Singapore into a mixed-use development reflects our long-term vision to unlock the highest and best use of this prime heritage site of the Group, along the Singapore River. We aim to create a distinctive riverfront destination with curated living, hospitality and lifestyle offerings, delivering a compelling experience for residents and the wider River Valley community. We look forward to working, once again, with Mitsubishi Estate to launch this landmark project next year, building on our successful partnership on the Kallang Close Government Land Sales site.”

Our malls are more than places to shop. They are part of the everyday lives of the communities around them, creating opportunities for people to connect, participate and spend time together.

Through FRx50+ and Silver Social Spaces, we are creating more opportunities for seniors to connect with others, participate in community activities and enjoy meaningful moments together.

At Northpoint City, Singapore, 30 seniors from the community came together with All Saints Home Active Ageing Centre (Yishun) for a lantern-making workshop as part of the Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations.

From crafting lanterns to sharing conversations and laughter, the afternoon was a chance for participants to connect, make new friends and enjoy the festive spirit together.

It’s simple moments like these that show how our retail spaces can be part of community life, creating opportunities for connection and helping to build stronger, more vibrant communities.

Wishing everyone a happy Mid-Autumn Festival, surrounded by good company!🏮✨

Tonight from 6pm, Century Square, Northpoint City, Singapore, and Frasers Tower will be illuminated in purple and yellow for World Alzheimer's Day. 💜💛

By shining a light in purple, the universal colour of dementia, we hope to raise awareness and show our support to those living with dementia and their loved ones.

Yellow lights the way in positivity, reminding us that although memories are lost, those with the condition can still lead deeply joyful, meaningful lives.

We’re proud to continue our partnership with Dementia Singapore to foster more inclusive, welcoming spaces for everyone.

Together, let’s and light up the night for a more compassionate tomorrow. 💫

We are pleased to receive the Platinum Award at Home Nursing Foundation's (HNF) 50th Anniversary Charity Gala Dinner in recognition of our donation to the foundation as part of our Every Step Forward campaign. Our CEO, Ms Soon Su Lin, received the award from President Tharman Shanmugaratnam during the event on behalf of Frasers Property.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to everyone who walked, ran, cycled, and donated to the campaign. Together, we raised over $214,000 for seniors and persons with disabilities, about half of which was donated to HNF via Community Chest Singapore.

What does Yishun 10 mean to you?

The storied site has been many things, from Singapore’s first 10-screen multiplex, to a spaceship in the heartlands and a familiar gathering spot for generations of the community.

As Yishun 10 enters its next chapter, we’re launching “Yishun 10 Memories” to document and celebrate its place in the community. We’re inviting you to share your stories, photographs, memorabilia and other materials associated with Yishun 10 at [email protected] by 31 October 2026.

Working with Studio Lapis, we’ll explore the site’s stories and shared experiences, and opportunities to bring elements of these memories into its future development.

Alongside this, we’re shaping a new mixed-use development in Yishun Central, marking the first residential launch in more than a decade. The development will comprise approximately 110 residential units and a street-level retail podium, with seamless access to Northpoint City through the existing underground pedestrian network. It will also offer direct connectivity to Yishun MRT Station and the Yishun Integrated Transport Hub.

We can’t wait to hear the stories and memories that have made Yishun 10 special to you, as we look ahead to what’s next!

We’re excited to share that we have acquired Cuppage Terrace, a cluster of 17 conservation shophouses located in the heart of Orchard Road, for an agreed property value of S$175 million. The asset occupies a site of approximately 28,986 square feet (sf) and has a total gross floor area of about 34,678 sf which excludes the outdoor refreshment area.

Ms Soon Su Lin, Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Singapore, said: “The acquisition of Cuppage Terrace strengthens our presence along Orchard Road and reinforces our commitment to shaping a more connected and vibrant precinct. Together with the strengthening of ownership of The Centrepoint, this enables us to unlock synergies across adjacent sites and better position our properties to contribute to the ongoing transformation of Orchard Road, aligned with the Government’s long-term vision for Singapore’s premier lifestyle destination.”

With the acquisition of Cuppage Terrace completed today, we now manage the cluster of 17 shophouses and business operations continue as usual. We will continue to explore longer-term opportunities to enhance our positioning along Orchard Road and contribute to the broader plans for the rejuvenation of Singapore’s prime shopping district.
