Based on URA’s Flash Estimates, Private home prices stayed firm in 4Q 2025, even as year-end activity cooled. All-Residential Property Price Index rose +0.7% q-o-q, while total transactions eased to 5,399 (down 27.1% q-o-q from 7,404, based on caveats as at 29 Dec 2025).

Non-landed edged down 0.1% q-o-q to 208.3, stemming largely from CCR (-3.2%), while OCR (+1.0%) and RCR (+0.7%) extended gains. Landed homes rose by 3.5% q-o-q.
