🔴 (LATEST FROM URA DATA on Private New Homes Sales Feb 2023) “The new private home sales volumes in recent months have been relatively moderate owing to a combination of factors, such as the elevated interest rates, firm home prices, and limited unsold stock in the market. Despite these challenges, the major new launches this year have been relatively well-received so far. Recent launches Terra Hill and Botany at Dairy Farm (launched in March), which sold 38% and 48% of their total units respectively on launch day, indicate that there is still a pool of genuine demand in the market.

We think the take-up rates for future project launches are likely to trend along these numbers, given the cautious sentiment."
