Before this, I was in direct sales for a period of approximately 5-6 years after I left the army. Since my direct selling days, I've learned a lot both in selling products and managing people. Since I started full time in 2008, I went straight into the private condominium sales in the mass market areas. In 2009, I ventured into the higher end areas, most notedly in areas like Marina, Sentosa, dist
rict 9 and 10. Later on, when the residential prices hit its peak, and when my investors went on to invest in the commercial and industrial properties, I moved on with them. Along the way, there were many referrals from clients and friends from various segments, including the HDB flats, and rental units. Today, due to the vast exposure, I've gained a lot of knowledge in many segments. Leading a team of agents had also helped me add on to the knowledge I had already accumulated myself; Solving their issues allow me a deeper knowledge in many areas. I have made many good friends since I had came into this trade. Because of this network, I could learn from many successful people and apply to my own businesses. I am proud to say that I am also an investor myself. Though I was doing relatively well in my previous career, I am truly thankful that I had joined real estate. Otherwise, I might still not have the know how of what to do with my hard earned money. Part of my goal now is to grow my investment portfolio as well as finding like minded associates to work together. We should never be in real estate all the time growing our only own businesses. We should also aspire to grow others so many more can be blessed. Thank you
