A total of 970 units (including EC) were launched, while 800 units (including EC) were sold. The increase in sales performance is attributed to the three new launches – J’den, Hillock Green and Watten House.

Check out the fresh figures on New Private Homes Monthly Sales for July 2023! 🤩

July reported strong new home sales with the launch for four major projects ahead of the Hungry Ghost Festival. The ramped-up project launches in July have piqued the interest of new home buyers. Some 1,412 units of new homes (excluding EC) were sold in July 2023, which is the highest transaction this year.

The four major project launches, Grand Dunman (RCR), Pinetree Hill (RCR), Lentor Hills Residences (OCR) and The Myst (OCR), collectively account for more than 80% of all new sale units in July 2023.

Bestselling Properties for July 2023:

The top three bestselling properties in all market segments: Leedon Green (14 units sold) in the CCR, Grand Dunman (549 units sold) in the RCR and Lentor Hills Residences (333 units sold) in the OCR.
