My cup runneth over! Three amazing months in a row—it truly feels like Heaven’s blessings are pouring down on us 💙. Balancing a fast-paced business while embracing the joy of fatherhood with our little roaring lion 🦁 has made life so much more meaningful.

Who knows, I might have a different perspective in three months now that our nanny is gone (yikes!), but I trust that life will always work out for our little family of three!

This is one of our shortlisted projects this year that is right valued, and within 1km to one of the best primary schools in Singapore.

In the last quarter, we have transacted about $11m worth of real estate in this prime location.

This is one of the rare development where 88% of the land is dedicated to the vast landscaping that resale buyers will appreciate when they walk the grounds upon TOP.

Many times we look beyond today’s transaction to stand in the shoe of the next buyer and think “Do I want to own a unit here?”. This is one thing not to be overlooked because buying and selling on the secondary market is a different strategy altogether.

Our sellers bought this 12yrs ago thinking that this was a good financial choice - Freehold. RCR. Above a Mall. All for just under $1.1m

True enough, they made a profit of $200k+

But our Sellers were stuck in this for 12 long years in total. If we were to annualize the profit, it is only 1.5% and this does not even beat the yearly inflation of 3%.

We always believe that every property will eventually find its rightful owner. But at what cost?
