Throwback to our team bonding day in JB last week.

It’s been such a busy few months with back-to-back project launches, so this little break felt well-deserved for all of us.

We started the day with local breakfast and kopi, then came go-karting… wow the adrenaline was real. Some of us even went for a second round at a higher speed — totally living our Fast & Furious dreams. 😂

We also had an amazing seafood lunch, the crab and clams were so fresh we all stopped talking for a while just to eat! And somehow we still managed to end the day with a full durian feast. Totally worth the food coma.

Really appreciate days like this - good food and even better company.

We’re celebrating another powerful breakthrough in Paul Fam District – Daniel Ong has crossed the rising millionaire benchmark, surpassing $500,000 in commissions.

It’s been a fantastic time catching up with the team beyond our usual work meetings. We recently had some amazing get-togethers that were both fun and refreshing!

🍽 Durian Party Delight:
We indulged in a delicious durian party, where we enjoyed the king of fruits and shared some great laughs. It was a unique experience that brought us closer together. Nothing beats the smell and taste of fresh durian with great company!

🏖 Beach Getaway at Sentosa:
To top it off, we had a relaxing beach getaway at Sentosa organised by ZavierZhangDistrict. The sun, sand, and sea provided the perfect backdrop for us to unwind and recharge.

Thrilled to share a glimpse of yesterday's award ceremony – a true testament to teamwork and perseverance. It wasn't just about celebrating personal milestones; it was a moment to spotlight the dedication behind each achievement.

As I dashed from a property viewing to the stage, it reminded me of the countless times our clients have trusted us to navigate their own life-changing decisions.
