New Launch = better profit? 🤔

Most buyers assume that if they want to make money from property, they should simply look for the newest launch in a good location.

But the reality is… a good property is not necessarily a good buy.

I compared Lentor Modern vs Nearby Resale— looking at how different unit sizes performed and how much profit owners actually made.

And this is why I always say:

Buying a property is easy.
Identifying the RIGHT property is the hard part.

The right property isn’t just about:
🏗️ New Launch or Resale
📍 Good location
✨ Nice facilities
💰 Low entry price

You need to know what to buy, why you’re buying it, and whether you’re entering at the right price.
