HDB Resale prices are on ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ - seeing double-digit gains as compared to figures in 2019. These are already incredible gains for HDB flats which have just fulfilled the mandatory 5-year Minimum Occupation Period (MOP).
Even for non-mature estates like Choa Chu Kang, Jurong West and Sembawang, we are seeing healthy numbers climb up. This phenomenon is because the gap between non-matured estates and matured estates are closing, with more prudent and innovative land planning.
Is the time ripe to sell?
Are the intended effects of the first round of cooling measures wearing off? Will the euphoria carry on for the rest of the year?
