The lack of major launches and lesser supply will characterize the property market in 2022. Developers were on a land-banking binge from 2016 to 2018, until the cooling measures that come into effect on July 6, 2018, put a stop to it. From the second part of 2018, the state also restricted the quantity of land on the confirmed list of the Government Land Sales (GLS) Program.
All of the projects have a 99-year leasehold term and are located in areas that are popular with purchasers or have had little to no supply in recent years. These releases should be kept in mind by buyers.
