Hahaha, this image looks like an advertisement, but it isn't! Just wanna share a not about feeling lethargic, slow in thinking, and a bit more 'sianz' recently...🌿 I chance upon Functional Medicine and find that its approach to health that addresses the root causes of disease, not just the symptoms. I find this quite worth exploring, and they generally have four commonly recommended supplements:
