PropNex Celebrates 25 Years of Purpose & Progress 💙
💰 $6 Million to Community Chest
In support of SG60, PropNex made its largest donation ever — $6.0 million — to uplift children, families, and individuals in need.
🎓 Launch of PropNex Foundation
With an initial $10 million endowment (targeting $25 million in 10 years), the Foundation empowers underprivileged students through education awards. In 2025, $254,000 was awarded to 160 deserving students.
📚 New Book by Mr Ismail Gafoor
“I Am Not Good Enough” offers insights on leadership and resilience. All proceeds from book sales go to The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund. Available from 16 July.
✨ Leadership Transition
Kelvin Fong assumes the role of CEO, succeeding Ismail Gafoor, who remains Executive Chairman. A new chapter begins with a focus on innovation and excellence.

We launched the PropNex Family Zone at Gardens by the Bay — Singapore’s first inclusive, family-themed playground across 64,000 sq ft.
