Visited the Amberwood Showflat today for a briefing, and I’m really impressed by the overall colour palette, design and layouts.
Sim Lian continues to surprise us with the improvements in its façade, interior finishes and space planning. This time, some of the features really stood out — including an impressive 3.18m ceiling height and the rare 1-to-1 carpark provision. Not forgetting 1km to Methodist Girls’ School.

Definitely a project that feels thoughtfully designed, both aesthetically and practically. ✨
