Throwback to when we helped Jerryl's valued clients secure their private penthouse and make a $211,000 gain in 52 days!

Seeing that inventory is depleting fast, my team negotiated with the developer to allow Jerryl's buyers to reserve the unit at a superb price ...without even really booking the unit 😉😏!

Fast-forward 52 days later, all 3 bedrooms units were SOLD OUT with the last unit - also a 3 bedroom penthouse, transacting at $1,937,000.

We secured our 3 bedroom penthouse for $1,726,000. That's a $211,000 gains in 52 days!

Throwback to when we helped Jerry's "Grade AAA" clients secure their third investment property, back in early February.

The clients made the swift decision to purchase a unit at $1,680psf. Fast forward one month later, the lowest psf available is $1,768psf. This works out to $67k in paper gains.
