[ Time to inspect ]

Good morning from Yishun Glen ❤️ Inspecting Blk 382A and 382B before our Nee Soon Town Council starts the management and maintenance of the common property for these blocks from 15 July 👍

Will be back to check again next week and also still checking with HDB when key collection for residents of these blocks will commence. Will update everyone soon.

[ Time to collect your keys 🎉 ]

It’s good news 👍 Some residents from Blk 382A and 382B will start collecting their keys next Monday ❤️ I know you must be excited and I’m excited to welcome you to Nee Soon East too 😊

I’m on-site again this morning to do another round of inspections. They are several defects that we have spotted and they are working hard to rectify them 🙏

For the convenience of residents, a Building Service Centre (BSC) will be set up at Blk 382B, to assist residents with feedback on their flats. The BSC will be in operation for a year upon first key issuance.

Operating hours of BSC:
Mon to Sat : 8:30am - 12 pm & 1pm - 5.30pm Closed on Public Holidays and Sundays.

As the keys to the flats are issued progressively to residents as and when each block is completed, some precinct works, such as landscaping, may still be on-going after residents receive the keys. During this period, the building contractor will do their best to minimise inconvenience to residents, such as removing the hoardings progressively as the work is completed.

HDB has also updated me on the probable completion dates:

Blks 382A & 382B: Completed
Blk 382C: Oct 2022
Blks 381A & 381B: 4Q 2022
Blks 381C & 381D: Oct 2022
Blks 383A, 383B & 383C: 4Q 2022
Blks 384A & 384B: 1Q 2023
