Volvo Cars sold 38,899 electric cars and 49,132 plug-in hybrids worldwide from January to April 2023.

While BEV sales increased by 137 per cent compared to last year, PHEV sales declined by five per cent.

In Europe, where sales of electric cars have grown almost three times faster than charging points over the past seven years, carmakers have warned that a lack of charging stations is “severely hampering” green vehicle growth.

Lacking EV charging infrastructure delays the implementation of sustainable mobility. Mobility is the source of more than 40% of the CO2 emissions in the EU; therefore, a huge issue can be resolved with our contribution as it's expected that public funding can only co-finance around 10% of the required investment.

We agree with the latest report from EY; there are challenges to implement EV charging infrastructure, but it also creates material benefits. Key points:

1. From 13% today, EVs could make up 55% of total global vehicle sales by 2030.
Car drivers are buying EVs at record pace, not put off by rising EV costs or long lead times. Momentum is building in the bus and truck segments too. Municipalities and commercial fleet operators see potential in electrification, especially as prices become increasingly competitive with diesel alternatives.

2. Failure to act now will mean missed climate targets, wasted investment and a delayed transition timetable.
EVs fit with the societal and political urgency to decarbonize. They help to reduce dependency on fossil fuels at a time of high energy prices and security concerns.

3. More EVs puts greater demand on utilities to make timely connections, balance load and integrate renewables.
EVs can become a resource for grid stability rather than a challenge to it. They can be integrated with smart grid technologies to better manage energy demand and lessen the risk of overloading transformers or transmission lines.
The ecosystem connects EVs and chargers with energy, buildings and corporate infrastructure. It bulges with data, which can give truer assessments of infrastructure needs. It can support better understanding of grid networks and inform decisions to integrate renewables.

4. Skilled labor. As one powertrain gives way to another, the transition is forecast to create more jobs than it displaces.
On the road to an all-EV lineup, many companies are committing to safeguard jobs and upskill staff. Some team with technology partners, universities, community colleges and learning platforms to create tailored training pathways.

5. Collaboration across the ecosystem. Regulators, utilities and CPOs are working together on planning the electrification of residents in apartment/office blocks, and commercial fleets.

The European Parliament and the Council have reached an agreement on the regulation concerning the . The aim is to increase the number of publicly accessible electric charging and hydrogen refueling stations, especially at the main transport hubs and corridors.

By making a minimum of charging and refueling infrastructure available across the EU, the regulation intends to put an end to consumer fears about the difficulty of recharging or refueling vehicles, the institutions underline in a statement..

In addition, the AFIR regulation paves the way for a user-friendly top-up and refueling experience through full price transparency,
minimum requirements for harmonizing payment options and mandatory of providing consistent information to customers across the EU.

2 del KAKO DO POLNILNICE (POLNILNE POSTAJE) ZA ELEKTRIČNA VOZILA V STANOVANJSKEM BLOKU... ❓

V prejšnji objavi je bilo omenjeno glede varovalk, potrebne inštalacije in pridobivanja podpisov ostalih lastnikov stanovanj, da se strinjajo za postavitev polnilne postaje. Priporočam ogled še prejšnje objave.

Pravilna inštalacija in na koncu montaža polnilnih postaj 🔌 lahko zelo prepreči nastanek 🔥 ali prihod 🚒 in je zato varnost na prvem mestu.

1️⃣ Stanovanjska skupnost 🏢 naj sprejme sklep z naslednjimi točkami:

➖ Tovrsten poseg bo vedno izvajal pooblaščeni izvajalec oziroma podjetje, ki se ukvarja s tovrstnimi inštalacijami in ima izkušnje z izvedbo domačih polnilnic za električna vozila.
➖ O izvedbi, časovnem okviru in izvajalcu se obvesti upravnika, ki izvedbo pisno odobri.
➖ Po montaži je izveden test polnilnice in polnilne infrastrukture (omrežja) ter izdan certifikat meritve ustreznosti inštalacij, kot del dokumentacije, ki jo mora prejeti upravnik po opravljenih delih.
➖ Upravnik prejme tudi račun kot dokazilo za strokovno opravljeno montažo in certifikat meritve ustreznosti omrežja.
➖ Polnilnica mora imeti možnost dinamičnega polnjenja.
➖ Vsa vzdrževanja, demontaža in ostalo je strošek lastnika. Tudi ob morebitnih obnovah ali rekonstrukcijah objekta. Torej strošek nikoli ni strošek skupnosti, temveč lastnika električne polnilnice.

S tem se zagotovi požarna varnost in spoštovanje vseh pravil tudi ob delih ❗

✅ Primer 1: v prejšnji objavi

✅ Primer 2:
✔ V kolikor ima zgradba skupna parkirna mesta, se lahko lastniki odločijo, da tja postavijo 2 ali 3 polnilnice, ki so vezane na skupno elektriko objekta, posamezni uporabniki pa se z RFID kartico ob vsakem polnjenju registrirajo in prek *softwerskega* ozadja se vidi, kdo in kdaj je koliko porabil.
✔ Za 20 stanovanjskih enot zadostujejo 4 polnilna mesta.
Vsak od stanovalcev prejme RFID kartico in po potrebi polni. Na koncu meseca prejme upravnik obračun porabe in lahko izstavi račun. To je tudi sicer finančno zelo ugodna prva rešitev za polnjenje.

✅ Primer 3: objekti, kjer stvari niso primarno rešene na način, da imajo stanovalci lastna parkirna mesta.
✔ V teh primerih bi morali upravniki objektov z občino, strankami in ponudniki tovrstnih rešitev začeti iskati možnosti, da bo za ¼ parkirnih mest zagotovljena elektrifikacija in s tem možnost polnjenja.
✔ Ta kvota bi načeloma morala biti zadosti, da bi z dobro organizacijo in spoštovanjem pravil lahko vsi polnili svoja vozila na dvorišču pred blokom oziroma večstanovanjskim objektom.

💲 Za investitorje in lastnike nepremičnin 🏨 v več stanovanjskih objektih 🏬 je zelo pomembno, da je 🔌 polnilna postaja nameščena strokovno in iz strani pooblaščene osebe, ki se spozna na vse pomembnosti montaže, ter potrebne inštalacije za najvišjo stopno varnosti.

1 del KAKO DO POLNILNICE (POLNILNE POSTAJE) ZA ELEKTRIČNA VOZILA V STANOVANJSKEM BLOKU... ❓

Pravilna inštalacija in na koncu montaža polnilnih postaj 🔌 lahko zelo prepreči nastanek 🔥 ali prihod 🚒 in je zato varnost na prvem mestu.

1️⃣ Primer: novejši stanovanjski objekt, star 11 let, v katerem sobiva 20 strank in nekaj vprašanj povezanimi z polnilnico (polnilno postajo za električna vozila)

➖ Vsaka stranka ima lastniško parkirno mesto v garaži, ki pa ni opremljeno z električno napeljavo. Nekatere stranke imajo tudi zunanja parkirna mesta, pred objektom, ki so lastniška.

➖ Kje je glavna varovalka? Če je v kletnih prostorih – na istem nivoju kot parkirna mesta, inštalacija ni zahtevna ali odvisno od gradbenega projekta

❗ Pomemben je postopek sprejetja odločitve, da nekdo polnilno postajo sme sploh imeti (preveri pooblaščena oseba za inštalacije in montažo polnilnih postaj):

➖ namesto, da se prosi samo za eno polnilnico za posameznega lastnika – na zboru stanovalcev poudariti, da slej kot prej bo vsak od stanovalcev rabil polnilnico

➖ na zboru lastnikov 👨‍👨‍👧‍👦 naj se sprejme taka odločitev, ki bo dolgoročno olajšala postopke; sprejeti sklep, ki vsem stanovalcem omogoči postavitev polnilnice na svojem lastniškem parkirnem mestu, če upoštevajo v naprej napisana pravila igre noben ne more glasovati proti, saj vsi glasujejo zase (če ne v zelo kratkem, pa v daljšem roku) s tem je tudi višja vrednost stanovanja, saj je ena kljukica, ki bo v relativno kratkem času nujna, že rešena

➖ zbor stanovalcev 👨‍👨‍👦‍👦 sprejme po predlogu upravnika sklep, da se v objektu vsaki stranki dovoljuje vgradnja električne polnilnice, če se drži standardov določenih s sklepom.

➖ takšni predlogi so običajno vedno sprejeti, saj na nek način vsi glasujejo tudi za svojo bodočo polnilnico, kajti, če bi prosili za soglasje le zase, je veliko vprašanje ali bi ga dobili.
