And near to PST (walking/jogging path around LJ), Botanical garden, Castle and Špica - city beach. Big shopping mall Supernova is 2 km away, but you can find the grocery shop Mercator and 3 bakery shops (Pekarna Jurček, Stara pekarna Kruhek, Kruharije in cukrnije) near by, some nice bars/restaurants (Zajček bar, Športni bar Krim, Gostilna Livada, Gostilna in pizzerija Kašča Jurček, Okrepčevalnica Rudnik - fast food Jurčkova, Bobermarine bar) as well. There are also sport's playgrounds, Infinity Gym, FIT13 Rudnik, Kajak - kanu center Livada and Bobermarine for those, who love recreation, beside PST - jogging path and a smaller hill Golovec.

Erasmus house Rudnik area only 2,5 km to Prešern square - rooms in shared apartment:
- double room with balcony (no. 1 from1st October, no. 3 from 1st October and no. 5 from1st September) in Apartment 7
- single room with balcony no. 6 in Apartment 7 from 1st September
- double room in Apartment 4 from 1st October

Double rooms can be booked for single use as well, if you don't have a roommate.

Apartment: 1st floor, hallway, bathroom 1 with toilet, shower and washing machine, bathroom 2 with shower, big kitchen with dinning and direct exit to big balcony, utility with your own big shelf, small terrace, 3 single and 1 double room.

Flatmates: friendly, open, peaceful students, mostly Erasmus and young professionals.

Building: The flat is a part of our peaceful residential 5-apartment building, with an extra place outside for your bike and with fenced parking space with a remote available for rent. Free Wi-Fi is available inside and outside the building. All flats are non-smoking (allowed only outside), no pets.

Location: It is on a great, very popular and green location in Ljubljana, just 5 minutes away from walking/jogging path PST, which goes around the city and same to Ljubljanica river, 800 m from Botanical garden, very popular city beach Špica and smaller hill Golovec, just 1,5 km from Old part of Ljubljana and 2,5 from Triple bridge, Presern square (the central point, from where we measure distance) and Ljubljana castle. Nearby the building you can find super market, bakery, pharmacy, post office, health centre, dentist, fitness centre, butcher, pizza house and very popular pub and restaurant. Only 1,5 km away is big shopping mall Rudnik. You can reach city centre walking in 20 min, cycling in 5 min, by bus 10 min. There are plenty of city busses in vicinity: 27 (Galjevica), 19B, 19I (Livada), 3, 3B, 3G, N3, N3B (Rakovnik). BicikeLJ stops in vicinity (Špica, Rakovnik).

On request parking place, bedding included.

We also provide cleaning service once per week for common spaces.
