🏙️ Varso Tower just made history.

It’s become the Building of the Decade! 🏆

At this year’s Property Design Awards, our Varso Tower received a special prize marking the 10th edition of the awards, and it’s a big one.

The jury named it Building of the Decade and a new icon of Polish architecture. 🥇

The award recognizes projects that push boundaries as unique investments, and Varso Tower does exactly that, reaching far beyond its record-breaking height:

✔️ more than 70,000 sq m of premium workspace and a unique observation deck
✔️ exceptional architecture and inspiring design shaping the city skyline
✔️ an open, accessible landmark in the heart of Warsaw connecting business with people

The award was accepted by Cezary Błaszczyk, Managing Director of HB Reavis (PL), together with Jędrzej Kolesiński from Foster + Partners.

We recently issued a second tranche of 5-year bonds worth almost CZK 422 million.

This transaction followed our successful issue at the beginning of the year.

We carried it out with the help of UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s. Thank you to the team for their professional approach and cooperation. 🤝

Our whole portfolio has just been recognised as the world's best for workspace experience, based on Leesman’s measurement standards. 🏆

We had seven buildings across Germany, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary assessed. Every single one of them achieved the Leesman+ certification, the most prestigious tier awarded to places with truly outstanding workspace experience.

The recognition confirms our position as a leader in creating exceptional work environments and our commitment to always going the extra mile.

With this round of assessments, we became the first asset manager to have entire multitenant buildings evaluated, not just individual offices, setting a new benchmark for how building quality is measured by landlords worldwide.

Varso Place refinancing named Financing Story of the Year. 👏

Tomas Krajcir and Peter Andrasina accepted the Financing Story of the Year above €300 million award on stage yesterday at the CEE Property Forum gala in Vienna.

💬 Not long ago, we announced that two new banks had joined the institutions putting their trust in the project, enabling us to refinance and increase the original, record-breaking loan of €475 million to €510 million. The refinancing confirms Varso Place as a high-quality, long-term, value-producing asset, as well as the market’s confidence in it.

This moment brought the total to seven banks who believe in the potential of the project and enable us to take its captivating story even further. A big thank you to:

The 4th edition of Varso Tower Run saw our foundation donate over €7,000 to charity! 🎉

Do you think you could run up the tallest building in the EU? 800 people in Warsaw thought they could. And they did!

For the fourth time already, professional and amateur runners gathered at Varso Tower to compete in a very special discipline: tower running. 🏙️

Ahead of them: 53 floors and roughly 1,400 steps to the top.
How long did the winners take?

🏆 Wai Ching Soh, world champion in tower running, reached the top in just 6:50.

🏆 Tea Faber set a brand-new women’s record of 8:05.

But it wasn’t just about speed. For every runner who reached the top, a donation clinked from our foundation to Młode Głowy, a programme by the UNAWEZA Foundation supporting young people’s mental health, totalling over €7,000. ❤️

And our colleagues? You bet they ran too — absolute legends! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Varso Place secures new finance milestone 👏📈

It all began with a record-breaking loan of €475 million, supported by five leading banks who trusted in the vision of Varso Place from the very start. Namely Santander Bank Polska, Helaba, Bank Pekao S.A., Berlin Hyp and Deutsche Hypo NORD/LB Real Estate Finance.

Today, that trust has grown even further. Two new banks – PKO Bank Polski and Erste Group – have joined the consortium, bringing the total to seven major financial institutions backing this landmark development in the heart of Warsaw.
Together, they’ve enabled us to increase the loan to €510 million, refinanced for a five-year term.

As our CFO Tomas Krajcir put it:

💬 “A project of such scale and prestige requires the involvement of large and credible financial partners. Their trust and improved conditions within financial markets allowed us to increase the financing amount and secure better terms. This transaction also underscores HB Reavis’s position as a strong European player in the design, construction, and management of real estate.”
