The building is split into four apartments. With 50 square meters of space, it offers accommodation up to 4 people with separate bedroom and the living room area connected to fully equipped kitchen and the dining area. In the living room area, there's a foldable couch that converts to bed for two people. There's also bathroom with a shower corner. There are TV's in both areas, there's free Wi-Fi,

and a large balcony, where can sip your drink and relax in the summer time. The apartment also offers 1 covered parking space and if there are more cars, feel free to park in front of the building. In the summer time, you can look forward to the grilling area outside, as well as other amenities, to be announced. There's space in the cellar for your bicycles or other summer gear. In the winter time, there is a dedicated space in the cellar where you can leave your ski gear as well as dry your boots. The apartment is pet friendly, however, please notify us if you're bringing one. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned after every visit to ensure your best possible experience. It is a non-smoking apartment. If the lure of ni****ne is too strong, smoking on the balcony is allowed, but not inside, please. The apartment's excellent location offers a restaurant within 50m, Bus Stop (70m) and both Grocery Store (10 min up the road) and Train Station (5 min down the road). It's located no more than 5 minutes by car off the main highway, only 9km away from Štrbské Pleso and High Tatras. In the further vicinity, amongst other attractions you can visit Spišská Sobota, Aquacity Poprad, Water Park Tatralandia, water dam Liptovská Mara, and the famous town of Zakopane in Poland is no further than ~90 minutes by car.
