gement which proved beneficial in her transition to real estate specializing in villas/income properties. As a previous winner of the Terrance Adams Scholarship for the highest score on the real estate exam, Simone brings almost a decade of experience to the team which includes management of the Turks and Caicos Islands Real Estate Association’s Multiple Listing System and TCREA.com website for several years. Her training in both administration and agency has given Simone an extensive knowledge of the market as well as the processes and procedure to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
