ก้าวแรก อยากให้ทุกคนหันมาดูแลสุขภาพ วิ่ง เดิน ไปด้วยกัน งานแรกวอร์มๆ 3.-4 กิโล นี้วิ่งจบแถมน้ำเต้าหู้วว์ นั่งสนทนา ฟังเพลง เจอกันเนเบอร์ 6.00 น. สำหรับสายแข็งวิ่งต่อได้เลย 10K แล้วพบกัน
