To Anyone who interest , tenants and visitors…
Chansuwan Villa has been running by the family of the decedent since it started. I am 3rd of family and the second from my mother who started these houses for rent.
I’ve lived here for 17 years but I’m based from Bangkok. I was an Architect in the past. I know English as my second language. So, communication in English is comfortable as you.
For renting in my villa, all tenants will be treated as my neighbor, not clients. So, if you are happy, I’m happy and your neighbor are happy with you. You can live happily here.
My houses renting price aren’t rise oftenly. But it doesn’t mean I am desperate to find tenants. Please come and live here like a friend, not a big boss. I don’t care to be bitch to anyone who ruin the friendship atmosphere in my villa.
Some can leave with no return until I died, but lots of them are my forever friends. You can trust my word. I’ve never changed my identity.

I know it may not good for my business to write this note. But I hope everyone who want to be in this heaven-like place know the owner of villa before step into. This is the very last land of the original coconut farmers of Koh Samui. Many developers want my land but I am still insist to work as hard as possible to keep it.
If you are looking for 5-star hotel services or villa with butler who can 24 hours service you, this is not the place. In here everyone are equal and pet friendly. So, if you don’t like animals , this is not suit to you either.
