Verano Residence – Plot B4 | Monthly Progress Update

How much progress can we make in just one month during rainy season?
Surprisingly a lot — even with the constant showers.

The entire roof structure is now fully completed, giving the villa its final silhouette. Inside, the brick walls are almost finished, clearly defining each room and bringing the layout to life. Our plumbing team is working onsite as well, installing all the internal piping and preparing for the next stages of MEP work.

Despite the challenges of the weather, the crew has stayed consistent, pushing forward every day. Plot B4 is moving steadily toward the next milestones, and the transformation this month has been impressive.

Verano Residence – Villa B2 Update ✨

According to plan, Villa B2 continues to unfold beautifully — each stage revealing more of its refined tropical elegance.

Ceiling installation is now underway, offering a true sense of the villa’s impressive volume and architectural harmony.

The bathrooms are fully tiled, one bedroom is complete, and the finishing touches are progressing gracefully throughout the remaining spaces.

Construction Update – Plot B3 | Verano Residence

✅ Ceilings – All ceilings have now been completed, marking an important milestone in the villa’s structure.

🛠️ Tiling – The tiling phase is in progress. The swimming pool structure is already finished, with the tile work nearly completed. Inside the villa, bathroom wall tiling is advancing steadily.

Tiling is a meticulous process that requires precision, level control, and the right tools to guarantee durability and a flawless finish. Every step is executed with close attention to detail to meet the highest construction standards.

🚧 Breaking Ground – Verano Plot B5 🚧
Construction has officially begun! The footings for both the villa and the swimming pool are already in progress, marking the first steps of this new project.

Everything is moving smoothly and according to plan — an exciting beginning as we bring another luxury Verano villa to life in Koh Samui 🌴✨

💦 The pool structure is now complete, and the concrete has been poured – it’s setting nicely under the sun.
🛠️ All villa footings are fully in place, and we’ve moved on to building the framework for the garage and pump room.
