2. มีใบขับขี่ที่ถูกต้อง
3. สามารถพูดภาษาไทยและอังกฤษได้ (ระดับปานกลาง)
4. มีประสบการณ์ในโรงแรมหรือวิลล่า
5. มีความรักในด้านงานบริการ

เวลาทำงาน:
เริ่ม 08:00 - 20:00 น./ 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์
พักกลางวัน 1 ชั่วโมง + พัก 3 ชั่วโมงในช่วงเช้าและบ่าย (อาจมีการปรับเปลี่ยนการจัดการตามสถานการณ์ของผู้เข้าพัก)
พนักงานสามารถติดต่อได้ 24ชั่วโมงสำหรับสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน และค่าตอบแทนพิเศษนอกเวลาทำงาน

5. Purchasing of supplies and materials

Position 2 – Gardener & General Technician

1. Gardening/landscaping

2. Pool cleaning

3. Rubbish management

4. Villa exterior cleaning

Qualifications:

1. Must own at least 1 motorbike.

2. Possess a valid driver’s license is desirable but not necessary.

3. Able to speak Thai and English (poor level).

4. Previous experience in hotel or similar industry.

5. Service minded attitude.

Working hours: 08:00 – 20:00 HRS, 6 days a week. 1 hour lunch break + 3 hour designated breaks in morning and afternoon (breaks may be adjusted by management according to guest situation).

Staff must be willing to be on-call 24 hours for emergency situations. Bonuses will be given for work performed outside of working hours.

Combined Salary: 24,000 THB/month including private accommodation at the villa
