I’d like to share one individual sea view land plot available in Maenam / Bang Po.
The plot is approx. 326 sqm.
It has a direct, open sea view (not just a glimpse) and is about 600 meters walking distance to the sea along a normal road.
The land has a Chanote title and has already been prepared for construction — access road, drainage and slope engineering are done, so it’s suitable for building a private villa without major earthworks.
