PITCHAYA URAIKUL
Founder & CEO of Madame Pitchy
With over 25 years of experience in hospitality and construction, Pitchaya Uraikul brings together professional service, property expertise, and a genuine passion for taking care of homes.
She spent 15 years in the hotel industry, holding management roles in Front Office and Rooms Division, where she developed a strong understanding of premium guest service, attention to detail, operational standards, and the importance of trust.
She then spent another 10 years in the construction industry as a business owner and contractor, with experience in projects including hotels, condominiums, and private villas.
Today, she brings these two areas of expertise together through Madame Pitchy – Home & Villa Care Phuket.
Her mission is simple:
To give homeowners the confidence that their property is being cared for — even when they are away.
From property inspections and housekeeping to maintenance coordination, pool & garden care, pre-arrival preparation, and personalized concierge support, every service is delivered with professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and heart.
