from the family Lanser Jane and Dominique Lanser started to build those Bungalows for rent.

All roofs spray foamed, protection and insulation for firstpart done.
Ready for next step :)

mainhouse walls 95% finished and the smaller pound filled by rain :) also the overflow around the land working.

Some more retaining wall panels installed for a better level off the land.

All bungalow walls fiished, now start electric piping inside before plaster.
getting electrical system's delivered for installation.
Toilets delivered for installation :).

Going forwards :).
Septic tanks in and connected, underground water tanks placed, Piping for electric cables in progress.
Cleaning up some pound sides and make nice slopes before the rain of low season kicks in and wash it further inside the pound.
Some more retaining walls finished and dig a trench for raining season.
Start with closing the first houses.

My holiday is finished and is time to go back to work to make money and not only spendning the money while im working.
Now the Builder and their team can go further with closing the next bungalows in the next weeks / months.

last roof finished , now concentrate on some walls and the leveling of the ground.
also start laying pipes for water and electric soon as we getting the elctric boxes , septic tanks and underground watertanks

after a almost a year of working overseas its time to start building again.
Finally the weather is nice again and we can start the digging and leveling again with out mud.
Time to close the bungalows with some walls and only 1 roof from main house left to put on.

only 2 roofs to go, Main House and the swimmongpool / Gym sala Roof.

The swimmingpool concrete is finished and the waterproof testing is positive for now.

Can't wait to go back and start building the next fase
(this wil be somewhere in February before im back☹️)

Almost 120M3 concrete pored in to the swimmingpool.
Finally a bit of luck this week as it stayed dry 🥳
