Lovely Khao Lak House with Cheap Rent
Lovely newly built free standing house for rent about 5 minutes drive north of Khao Lak. Located in a quiet street in a garden setting. Just five minutes to beautiful pristine beaches, or into the mountains with natural waterfalls and a swimming hole. Excellent, quiet, and considerate long term neighbours. House is finished to a quality standard. Safe and secure with screened windows, solid timber doors and beautiful tiles throughout.

Town water is connected and we only charge for what you use. Nothing extra charged on top. It is very cheap with the average water bill for a month usually less than 100THB. We also add nothing to power bill. You can pay your own bill direct at the local 7 eleven. Average for two people is about 500-700THB per month. The house is fitted with brand new energy saver light bulbs throughout to keep your usage low. There is a hot shower in the bathroom with proper earth protection system in place for your safety. At the front of the house there is a large roofed awning that is also fully tiled where you can park your car and motorbikes out of the weather.

PLEASE NOTE that the house is offered for rent UNFURNISHED.
Rent is just 5,000THB per month/ 50,000THB per year with a 5,000THB deposit.
12 month contract is preferred.

This house and land is owned by my family and so you can deal directly with us with no problems from agents or other middlemen. Please call or email to arrange an inspection. My spoken English is ok, but if there any problems I have a friend who can help with any translations if they are needed.
